I’m so glad you’re here

I’m Rebecca

An experienced therapist with over 7 years of working with adults, families, and couples living with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma. As a therapist, my focus is to create a safe space through using trauma-informed language and a nonjudgmental lens.

I offer a holistic approach to prioritize my clients’ needs and preferences. Rebecca implements effective, evidence-based models to instill self-understanding and exploration in therapy. I leans toward humanistic approaches, CBT, and DBT.

Through empathic, compassionate listening and collaborative communication, and goal setting, I aim to help navigate my clients’ strengths, to help them learn new behaviors and tools to break out of unhealthy patterns.

services & capabilities

Individual Therapy

is where a person can process their feelings, navigate their identity, unlock themselves from negative self-talk and unhealthy patterns, and learn how to be their most authentic self (just to name a few). In therapy with me, I will hold space for you to feel safe and heard while having challenging and emotional conversations together.

Couples Therapy

is a neutral home base where partners can go to nurture their relationship. In couples, conversations that need to happen between partners are facilitated with care and understanding. Having a nonbias party present for hard conversations makes for a warm platform to share true feelings. In couples, I will be an instrument of neutrality and reality.

Workshops

Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation Workshops are based on the idea that the everyday human being (aka all of us here on earth) need a reminder to be present sometimes. In these workshops, you will learn helpful tips to stay mindful with your time, intentional with your energy, and emotionally regulated with your relationships.

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.
