At its core, therapy seeks to provide a safe space for those curious about deepening their connection to themselves, and those around them.
As we walk through life, relationships are built, feelings are created, and it all happens very swiftly. It is instrumental for us as human beings to feel connected to those around us, but more importantly, to ourselves. It is this connection with the self, that allows us to flourish in our interpersonal relationships around us.
Whether it be with a romantic partner, a friend, or our families, we all need to be one hundred percent present, and in doing so, we must deepen our connection with our own self, and truth.
I am trained in various evidence based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and the Gestalt Theory. The above interventions have been clinically proven to assist clients in navigating their world with clarity and intention.
