Therapy with Rebecca seeks to provide a safe space for those curious about deepening their connection to themselves, and those around them.

As we walk through life, relationships are built, feelings are created, and it all happens very swiftly. It is instrumental for us as human beings to feel connected to those around us, but more importantly, to ourselves. It is this connection with the self, that allows us to flourish in our interpersonal relationships around us.

 Whether it be with a romantic partner, a friend, or our families, we all need to be one hundred percent present, and in doing so, we must deepen our connection with our own self, and truth.

There are many therapy models that are practiced at Mental Health In Motion, and you have the space to create your own style. 

Therapy with Rebecca has a foundation which utilizes evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and the Gestalt Theory to assist our clients in navigating their world with the tool of yoga to support movement.
